[QUESTION]: This repository has been excluded from Hacktoberfest 2023.
I got to know about this repo from an issue on another past hacktoberfest repo. That issue claimed that this repo is for hacktoberfest 2023. Please either fix this or stop making false claims.

Yeah, there's been so much spam this year, so I think it's great that they're taking excluding more seriously this time round

Oh PRs which don't meet the requirements from the contributing guidelines will be automatically excluded, but you should see what you need to change in a comment in your PR. Again, just to prevent spam and low effort contributions.
