Which Resin is recommended to use, and how much do you add to the tray is there any info on this

You're welcome. Regarding the amount it depends on your print but overall you can safely fill up 1/3rd and should be fine. I don't recommend putting 2/3rd or more because you risk moving some away and most likely 1 run will never need so much.

I'm assuming that any left over in tray is just trash and can be disposed of?

I'm new to resin so take whatever I say with caution. I personally reuse it. If you cover it well and no dust or foreign particles get in I believe it can be used as many time as you need. My understanding is that the laser only burns the exposed resin from the mask.
