Issue with Messaging

Messaging acting flaky Below is a summary of our user experience. It was working fine until Monday.
Well today I’ve been kicked out about 5 times. I don’t know until I miss a chat or refresh my screen to see if I’m still online. When I log back in, it takes me 3 or 4 times to put in my login info for it to actually log me on.
On Monday I had to keep refreshing my screen while in a chat to see if they responded. It was like it was freezing up and I wasn’t getting responses in real time and the customer started received my auto responses because I didn’t answer quick enough.
Today Michele and I were both online in Live Person a chat came through I waited for her to grab it but she didn’t. I texted her to tell her she was offline and she took a screenshot to show me she was online but the chat never came through on her end.
It seems random but it occurs more when there are more than one of us online at one time. Like since Michele has logged off I haven’t been kicked out yet…
