[Bug]: Resizing the video reloads the HyperChat window

Describe the bug

If the video is resized using theater mode or fullscreen, the HyperChat window reloads.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Watch a video/stream with chat enabled.
2. Enter/Exit theater mode.

Expected behavior

The HyperChat window does not reload.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome

Actually, it looks like this is how the normal YouTube chat works. It didn't used to do that. 😕
