[FEATURE REQUEST] Let the user pick the pagination settings for donwloads and torrents

Right now in the downloads/torrents list we load 50 items per page. Since we search only in the loaded items if you want to search older stuff you may need to scroll a lot. We can let the user decide the page size (it's up to 2500) so they can trade loading speed with more search results
