Migrate existing menus to use new popover library in Issue #176. Menus include:

  1. Add marker menu (point, line, polygon)
  2. Edit Style Icons
  3. Edit Layer Icons
  4. Edit Layer Options
  5. Map Dropdown Menu
  6. Demos in Style Guide
  7. Logout menu on Home screen
