To do item from wrap up meeting 8/20/18
Enhance search functionality to indicate exact location. Current functionality centers map on search location result but does not place a marker to indicate the location.
Additional functionality needed:
Temporary marker indicating exact location
Option to place marker on specific layer at the marked location.
