EdgeOS config does not match wg showconf

Not sure whats happening but the wg showconf shows different config to the EdgeOS config tree.
I'm currently connected via peer public key LeZ3IH+Rt4H6k8ZR0oG9tqc5FfMT9wdpqbY2x/0TbTc= even though this peer was deleted and committed in the EdgeOS config mode. The peer still shows in wg showconf
