build server is offline

hello @Lochnair,

the build server appears to be offline for last few days. Are you able to look into it?

Also, are the instructions in this comment all that's necessary to replicate your build server? I don't have much experience with Docker and Jenkins and trying to figure out ways I might be able to reproduce your work and keep my install uptodate.

It looks like it's retrying to build the new binary every hour, but the prior job is stuck and therefore there is a super long chain of jobs that never finish.

From the output, it looks like the Docker is offline, or was at some point, and is holding up the new binaries.

The Tools portion ran fine and output the new version.
