[1.12.2] Question - Lava Pockets

Hello, i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of these lava pockets in the biome config:

There's a mod called "Event Stopper" that removes them, but it seems to be incompatible with NetherEX.

I am also using BetterNether, but i tested them separately with Event Stopper and BetterNether works just fine with it.
