[Feature Request] API Mapping Command to Manpage

It would be great if there was a simple API that allowed users to retrieve a manpage for a given (fake) git command. By this, I want to be able to go from the string git-make-me-a-sandwich to a fake manpage for that command.

On a related note, it would be nice if the links on the fake pages would link to the title they describe.
