When the user saves the tenant immediately send the setup API request, too, where the admin name/password is the user name/password (we don't know the password, maybe we need to ask it again...), one can choose the recipe on the spot (which needs some hint), and the site name comes from the tenant's name.
This actually should be done in a cleverer way, like simplecipe choice. We should think about the CMS as a Service aspect. E.g. "I want to create a ... blog" rather, which is of course running the recipe in the background. There could be a checkbox too, with "with walkthrough" label, which is another recipe in the background, just with more intuitive/detailed UX.
