hi , i need to add pictures gallery to my site, what theme or module should i use? thanks

Hi ijaz,
while there is no gallery module specifically (though we plan on adding one) you can create a gallery by putting Image elements on a Page then style them from CSS and Liquid templates (see https://dotnest.com/knowledge-base/topics/theming/). Or you could use a Media Library Picker Field to attach Images to a content item.
Also you could host your pictures on some external photo sharing service and embed their gallery like with Flickr: http://www.flickrslideshow.com/
