Attachments don't get attached

Possibly this is a limitation of the Graph API, see: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Teams/Chat-thread-creation-API-issues/m-p/302388
It seems that the only way to do this would be to upload the files to SharePoint or the user's OneDrive folder and link them from there: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/bots/bots-files This is what ChannelSurf does as well: tamhinsf/ChannelSurf#14 (comment)

This is now somewhat implemented, but attachments won't show up under the relevant messages.

Now they'll show up under the messages too.
