Ability to create channels under multiple teams

Currently every channel is imported into the same team. This wouldn't be an issue if channels could be moved (https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16939708-move-channels-into-other-teams).
Possibly this would also ease API throttling because it seems that at least deleting a team, creating a new one and starting to import into that gets rid of the refusals.
