Fix repopulate feature for v2.0 of the Bitbucket API

The repopulate feature is currently disabled as it needs work to adapt it to v2.0 of the Bitbucket API. The button is disabled and BitbucketService.Repopulate() is not updated. This should be changed to use the new Bitbucket src API.
