Remove Edge workaround from WebDriverFactory (OSOE-347)

Once rosolko/WebDriverManager.Net#196 is implemented in WebDriverManager.Net, remove the now necessary workaround from WebDriverFactory.
Note that due to the NuGet dependency chain, this needs an upgrade to OC 1.5.
