Update the file structure in "Skyrim INIs and Plugin Bypass Patch" to reflect the new AMS structure.

As of the latest version of Atmosphere (0.10.1) the file structure has been changed from /titles/ to /contents/. Atmosphere currently has a temporary measure in-place that moves any /titles/ to /contents/ on boot, but there is no guarantee on how long that will remain in place.
