Unable to install - no .prefpane file

I downloaded the lastest version but there is no .prefpane file so I am unable to install.
Please advise.

Same issue, running 12.3.1, get the error "Could not load SwiftDefaultApps preference pane."

Does the file actually have the .prefpane suffix? I recall having to add that manually on occasion to get the system to recognize it. You know. Like Windows.
