In some rare cases the abstract bus adapter can't see an attached stargate

I think that it might be occurring when I break and replace a stargate on top of already-placed bus cables. I can't reproduce it in SSP but it has definitely been happening rarely in SMP.

This happens with most if not all devices and will be fixed in v0.8. It's a bug in the device logic.
