Allow positioning of Health and Air bars

A small thing, but since TR1X handles this so nicely, TR2X should have it too ;)

All PS1 versions group both bars in the top right, cf #24 (comment)

@aredfan nicely documented the PC style, and I thought it triggers this smaller sub-issue.
