[suggestion] allow for sorting by both mod and alphabetically

Mod Version: 1.10.1
Single Player or Server: Singleplayer
When sorting the network, only three options are available (by mod, amount, or name). Sorting by mod is personally the most useful, however when sorting by mod the arrangement of items is seemingly random (I've yet to actually be able to determine how it sorts within mods). My suggestion, therefore, is to either allow for configuring how it sorts within mods, or default to sorting alphabetically after sorting by mod. Mostly a quality-of-life suggestion, but one I would highly value nonetheless. Thanks for all the awesome work!
Alternatively, and probably actually easier to parse as a user, sorting in the order that JEI does after sorting by mod is an option
