Update to include full skill points

There are 63 skill points available in total but this tool doesn't allow you to fully allocate all 63.

That information is from closed beta, back when you got 15 additional skill points from renown.
Blizzard changed one of the renown rewards to "increased maximum Obols" instead (as of open beta) meaning there are only 58 skill points available now.
