Firefox reporting partial values for position but not scroll

For the Anchor Keys widget, Firefox seems to be reporting decimal values when calculating the current position of an anchor, but not when reporting the scroll position. This means that the scroll is getting "stuck" on the page because the current anchor is always considered the next anchor.

Seems to happen most often after an embed or an item that grows in height and who's min-height is less than the calculated value.
