Fail install LuaSQL-ODBC

distinfo contain dependence from unixodbc but LuaDist does not has this package.
And of course this dependence has no sense on Windows.

Thanks for reporting. I pushed a quick fix for the dependency on Windows. However the unixodbc package is still missing for unix builds.

It works on Windows.
On *nix platforms there also iODBC library that also could be used.
I do not use any *nix so if you think this is not important please close this issue..
