Improper CSS in New Window

Describe the bug
I am opening the bot in new window, using the react-new-window package, but the css does not load properly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'https://in-ciam-mfa-api-dev.1dc.com/Chatbot/#'
- Click on 'Chatbots'
- Click on 'CyberArk Chatbot'
Expected behavior
The css won't load as it should.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: windows 10
- Browser : chrome
Additional context
After 3-4 times opening and closing the new window, the css load properly.
