Actions that should be logged in my opinion:
- Deleted messages (Including who deleted it, which is possible to show)
- User joins/leaves
- Perhaps posted invites?
- Logging of punishments like mute, kick, ban (Perhaps in a separate channel, like we once elaborated a bit)
