I want placeholders to customize messages such as day month year, I think this setting should be included in the config file.

Using PlaceholderAPI, there are numerous ways to 'wrap' placeholders or use JavaScript to modify what is outputted. This is something likely best done outside of LuckPerms and through PAPI itself.
