Multiprocessing may be added in order to allow the bot to go faster since the queue is getting out of hand

It isn't true, plus I'm already processing as fast as Twitter let me

It may be true when sometimes long threads are to be processed

Basing on statistics. It isn't true any more. We processing at a close rate to Twitter's limit
