Container Healthcheck[Feature Request]

Add a healthcheck to the container. I'm using docker compose to start my container and there is no integrated healthcheck and the container does not have curl or wget for me to easily add a healthcheck in my compose file. It would be nice if the container came with its own healthcheck or had curl or wget to easily add a healthcheck.
