[Bug] Latest alpha crashes on startup

When starting the latest alpha on windows from cmd, the application immidiatly crashes.
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Download the latest release of the alpha for windows and start it from any command line
Expected behavior: Start a web server on port 8000
