[install] Configure the default session

When we switched from LightDM to SDDM, the default session on the Performance and Secure images changed. It is now whichever one comes first alphabetically.
SDDM does not support setting a default session (except for autologin purposes). As a workaround, the session desktop file can be renamed to be prefixed with a zero 0.
