[setup] Linux LTS is selected after first-time setup

On Arch Linux specifically (not Manjaro), when we allow the GRUB menu entry to be saved, it defaults to the top/first kernel again. On Arch Linux, this is always Linux LTS. However, we can to default boot into Linux Nobara fsync for the best results.
Either (1) we need to stop allowing the GRUB menu entry to be saved or (2) we need to find a way to configure Linux Nobara fsync to be the first kernel after allowing the GRUB menu entry to be saved.
