Trace of VkPositiveLayerTest.CreateGraphicsPipelineWithIgnoredPointers fails with SEH exception

I assume the trace code needs to look at some values before dereferencing some pointers in CreateGraphicsPipeline

Adding the test to trace_positive_validation.ps1's black list until this is fixed
