In "get started" chapter, some users can't flash their MCUs with platformio.
This problem has been reported on Ubuntu but should be exists on other Linux distibutions.
On platformio website, a tutorial simply explains how to give access to our board by modifying device rules :

A link to this tutorial on "get started" chapter should help many users.
