[DOC] Improve PDF export of full documentation

Describe the issue or the suggestion:

• The print button at the top right of the pages allows full export in pdf but display the top menu and bottom chat. Both must disappear in export.
• The links must direct to sections inside the pdf document, not redirect outside to the doc website.
• The image must be fixed

How would you fix the issue / which content would you add or delete?
Look for export tools online?
Export full page in pdf and modify source code? (-> The pdf export is mainly used for manual export at each version)
