Transparency only works on anything but the titlebar

The menu bar, side bar and also the top bar of Dolphin (idk what it's called) have transparency except the title bar, how can I fix this?

Also, I noticed the title bar blur stuff behind it when I move the window
Edit: Konsole has no blur

Not really sure how, but I fixed it
