(Issue) (App Style) (UI) Icon Alignment Issues & Page Title Bar Rounding

This theme looks very beautiful in KDE, well done for making this.
Some issues I've noticed with the UI in apps is that there are some UI glitches, like the page title bar getting rounded which looks bad in my opinion and should just extend out to the edges of the page.

Also some icons are misplaced, like in the attached screenshot where the backspace icon is misaligned and too close to the right end of the text box.

I have attached some more screenshots which show UI issues/glitches, I know these are nitpicks but I might as well point them out.

(Konsole Profile Preferences) Title bar is rounded, icon misalignment:

(Gwenview Image Viewer) Tab bar (bottom left) bottom right and left corners of the tab bar shouldn't get rounded in this context IMO:

Spectacle has "handles" for moving the bars around, but the icons are misaligned and look odd:

The arrows for navigating the tabs in the Dolphin file properties view should be "incorporated" or "embedded" into the bar IMO:

Made a quick mockup in GIMP of what I think the arrows in the Dolphin file properties view should look like (shadows and the corners are a bit messed up because of my editing, please ignore the shadows and the weird looking corners lol):

Dolphin file properties new vs old:

BTW rounded bottom corners aren't shown in some screenshots because of the screenshot tools I used, for me they appear.
