Add support for locally integrated menus

Currently upstream KDE is working on optional locally integrated menu support in Breeze window decoration. There is an AUR package for it. Tthere is another related implementation of LIM in this repository. Since lightly is based on breeze, could you consider porting this feature to lightly window decoration?
The code in Zren's repo seems to be C++ which is difficult for me to comprehend. So anybody with enough knowledge is welcome to open a merge request.
