Discrepancy in visualiser vs official scoring of the game

According to the visualiser, Red won this game because one of Blue's factories died near the end, wiping out a lot of Blue lichen.

However, in reality it was scored as a win for Blue, apparently because the lichen is not really eliminated and counts towards the score.

I guess the visualiser's understanding of the rules is wrong on this point.

I suppose the visualiser should just go on showing lichen after a factory dies.
