Add windows support

Would it be possible to add a windows release?
Or possibly install it through non-rust package managers - just like Taskfile is doing it.

run should work fine in Windows, but all the shell languages assume a Linux host.

I've been looking for a cross-platform POSIX shell to make it the default, but I've been unable to find anything.

Do you know any?
