is it scrollable too if picker height is set small ?

I was thinking to implement same kind of functionality in my app. So came through this library and found it very useful though.
Have some doubts if you can solve. Will be really thankful

  1. Can we scroll Picker if we have more content ?
  2. Can we set custom height , width and background colour of picker ?
  3. Can we add only Data part , "No labels"?
