• I have read and understand the MAGIC Monero Fund documents.
• I have read and understand the relevant MAGIC Grants policies.
• I understand that should I be in a position to receive funds from MAGIC Grants for any reason, I will need to provide identifying information to the organization privately. Election to a committee does not guarantee compensation even if compensation is made available, since MAGIC Grants has legal limitations on how it can disburse funds.
• I understand that an active committee is the number one factor in a Fund's success.
• I am at least 18 years old.

/// Why I am running for the committee:

I know how much effort creating a successful fund will take and I am ready to invest and dedicate my time. Personally I believe that Monero is one of the best projects inside of the Crypto-Space. It is the only cryptocurrency/project that takes matters such as privacy when shopping online serious. In my eyes there are insufficient ways of funding projects and/or research surrounding the development of Monero. Therefore I wish to bring improvement to Monero's persistent development through participating in this educational fund.

• I speak multiple languages (fluent in German, English and Russian, also a bit of French; helpful for advertisements).
• I am well-informed about the current state of the Monero project.
• I have experience in Photoshop and know my way around social media (including basic marketing).

/// What experience I bring to the table:

• I have been involved in small local fundraising programs in my hometown in Germany.
• In the past I have successfully setup websites (personal and project websites) and managed gaming servers (e.g. plugins & ftp).
• In addition to that I know how TeamSpeak, Discord, Twitch and YouTube (other aswell) work. I streamed on Twitch for some years and also had a small YouTube-Channel.

/// What I hope the fund will accomplish while I am on the committee:

Generally speaking my biggest hope for this fund is the possibility of it enabling more people to learn specifically about Monero, its concept of privacy and importance. Building proper sets of skills surrounding privacy centric technology has never been as important and urgent as in today's age where big corporations use every possible way to collect and sell your data or use it for their own benefit. Moreover I hope that with my help the fund will accomplish to pave new ways of spreading information about Monero and further our cause of Monero attaining more positive attention of the broad public.
