Couldn’t we have a naval unit with legs that are invisible and can ‘walk’ on land when boosting? Or the legs appear when they boost? Either way amphibious only applies to ground and naval, what about air?

Imagine a naval unit with legs. How pointless the naval part would become. I think in order for something to be an amphibian without feeling pointless, it would eventually have to return to it’s home. Naval returns to water and ground returns to land.
