Have a clear error message when there're no changes to submit

Currently, if a pull request results in no changes, it would fail with below error message
14:53:33.5034|WARN|GitP4Sync.Services.ScriptService|Null directory (//) not allowed in '//Huxley/Branches/Dev/Huxley.NET_Phase2/'.
It should be detected and a proper error message shown to the user
