Improve styles for frequency aggregation

Problem

Frequency aggregation layers are not very well styled.

frequency_stops layer

• The symbol size is too large.

frequency layer

• The line width is too thin.
• Labels are inconspicuous and indistinguishable from bus stop names.

Both layers

• Labels disappear in small scales.
