kml can't be load

When a kml file contains point with icon href,and the icon href can't be visited ,like China can't visit google service.
The console display like this D/BONUSPACK: WebImageCache:load :http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/shapes/cabs.png
kmlDocument!!.parseKMLFile(file) did not return any result.
Please help me. Thanks!
