Create static frontend pages with hardcoded data

Implement the following pages with hardcoded data (i.e. don't worry about the DB and user logins)
- Homepage
- Map View of all contacts
- Card View of all contacts
- Contact book
- Individual group page
- Contact profile
Do not need to worry about adding/editing contacts and groups yet. Focus should be on getting data displayed/getting a sense of how to navigate the site.
