Describe the bug
The test build for Mac OS is very slow, making the GitHub actions workflow nearly 15 minutes every time code is pushed or merged to main.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go to the Actions tab for the project and re-run the latest workflow.
