Could we somehow add the Lighthouse score to the Readme?

Perhaps through the Speedlify Score web component somehow?

Wanted to check on you guys first. Haven't found a solution that stores the score live to a md file yet. Seems like a print screen would do it but we would not have a live version of it. What if I add some easy steps to check your Lighthouse Score? That would be pretty easy since there is a nice netlify API integration that quickly lets you launch the page and the user would only need to go through the steps of either installing Lighthouse or just going through the process of doing the audit.

Hi, @SnowPrimate. Would this GitHub Action work? There's a lot of features but one of them is automatically adding a GitHub comment to a PR.
